KLING AI Pro – Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), form a legally binding contract between you and LOHAS GAMES PTE LTD and its affiliates (“KLING AI,” “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) regarding your use of KLING AI Pro and its associated applications and websites (collectively, the “Services”).

1.2 By using the Services, you acknowledge that you are bound by this Agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. All references to “you” or “your” refer to both the individual user and the represented entity.

1.3 The Services enable users to create, modify, and share AI-generated content, among other features.

1.4 ARBITRATION NOTICE: Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and by accepting this Agreement, you and KLING AI Pro waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in class actions.

1.5 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms to improve our services or for legal reasons. Updates will be effective upon publication, and continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

2.1 Eligibility Requirements:

Users must be at least 13 years old (the “Minimum Age”).

Minors must have parental consent to use the Services, and such consent must be verifiable.

If you become aware of an unauthorized minor’s account, please contact us immediately.

2.2 Account Registration:

Users must register an account (“Account”) to access the Services.

Information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

2.3 License and Access:

Subject to compliance, KLING AI grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services on compatible devices.
The Company may terminate this license at any time for any reason.

3. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

3.1 Account Security:

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Any actions taken under your account are your responsibility.

Accounts must not be shared or transferred without permission.

3.2 Conduct Expectations:

Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from engaging in prohibited activities, including, but not limited to, impersonating others, sharing false information, or compromising security.
